Founding Partners

Established in 2001 as a national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, ALBD is administered by the North Carolina Institute for Public Health, the service and outreach arm of the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. ALBD provides technical assistance and strategic consultation to communities, professionals, nonprofit agencies and philanthropic organizations across the United States.
